One Blade Drone: A Prototype of a Self-balance Drone

Abstract– Drone is a flying robot that can be remotely controlled or fly autonomously, which has been used in a wide range of areas. The quadcopters, that with four rotors are the most popular drones. Due to the propellers rotate at high speed and are normally exposed, they can cause serious injury if get caught in sensitive areas such as fingers, face, or eyes. In the project, I will present a prototype that aims to reduce the hazards caused by a drone. Specifically, a drone with only one blade is designed and implemented. By reducing the number of propellers and integrating protections for the propeller, safety has been significantly improved.
